Yet another NAR or NAW?

Hi there!

Another NAR or NAW poll for you - this time for a story we’ve already published. We’ve got quite a few messages saying this story should be either or both, what do you think?

Being actually one of those readers who messaged you about it, I say both. Customer is acting 100% out of line (=> NAR) but Manager is enabling this behavior (=> NAW).

Both. The NAW aspect hits the reader hard

I’d also say both.

Customer behaving badly => customer is not right, so NAR.

Manager behaving badly => manager is not working properly, so also NAW.

Both. There are 2 to blame here.

Manager is bashed hardest in the comments, but customer definitely deserves some as well.
