The flair options are: Francesinha, Reuben or Monte Cristo.
I realised that the Francesinha contains a fair bit of meat which could put off those without much disposal income.

A while back, I posted a simple Quesadilla recipe. As it is essentially two bits of bread with a filling, I’m hoping it counts as a sandwich!
Here’s what i had for lunch.
The filling:
Cheese, sweet (bell) pepper, celery, onion: all diced or grated. Stir in a bit of mustard powder
Heating in the pan:
Ready to eat!
Counts to me!
Black pudding and bell pepper quesadilla with paprika and tomato cheesy sauce.
Mirepoix fried with bell pepper, black pudding, garlic, paprika and tomato sauce. Cheddar cheese added. Extra grated cheese added to both tortillas (not pictured).
Final assembled product.
