It being Easter reminded me of quite possibly the single worst (in contents, not quality) Not Always Right story (I reckon those who have read it will remember it just by the title and the little blurb below). 
This has a perfect conflux of horribleness – a tragedy, an awful (heartless and demanding) customer and terrible corporate.
There are a couple of other stories like that, but i think yours has the perfect storm of nastiness from both sides against the staff there.
The two others i can think of are the one about the bar tender dropping dead whilst serving at (i think) a new years party, and the other was a server collapsing at a milk shake bar. In both cases, customers just wanted to be served, and no one other than the staff wanted to help.
