We saw our first robins today. They were everywhere. And they made me think of my Aunt June. She always looked forward to seeing them. So maybe that was a nice little wave from her. Made me tear up.

No robins at the moment, but I might have glimpsed a bluebird! We get Mountain Bluebirds here every year, but this is a bit early for them.

I saw a male cardinal on my way to work today, that was a happy. But not as much of a happy as your robin.
I noticed the peach trees had blossoms towards the end of February. We had peach blossoms at my grandma’s funeral cause they bloomed way early in 2012 as well. That was my recent sad-happy.

It just hit me out of nowhere you know? I realize it’s been only a bit more than 3 months. But I didn’t get to go to her funeral and I haven’t been able to go to the cemetery either yet.
