I just started the part of my job that involves listening to calls

I’ve just come across my first unreasonable customer. Not the first angry one, but the first unreasonable one.

It’s… very different from reading the stories here. Which I knew it would be, but still.

And I’m not even the one being yelled at. I’m not religious and don’t normally say this, but bless this poor employee, because I’m stressed just listening, and I can see how long the recording is, so at least I know when it’s over.
