@Sillsallad Ginger dish one on a lazy night.
Step one: Make a cup of tea.
Step two: Chop medium onion and brown in a frying pan, along with sausages. Add chopped or grated ginger to taste.
Step three: Add one 400g tin of chopped tomatoes and another 400g tin of beans. Today white kidney beans were the closest to hand.
Step four: Add optional chopped greenery for extra goodness. In my case frozen, chopped spinach. Stir through to ensure everything is mixed through.
Step five: Serve, if lazy.
Step six: Transfer to an oven-safe dish and cover with breadcrumbs and a sprinkling of herbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Step seven: Roughly halfway through, sprinkle breadcrumbs with cheese and return to the oven. At the end of the 30 minutes serve.
