Dukeflapjacks from the commenters thinks both “Fire-related” stories of today (both involve a coworker of OP’s not leaving during a potential fire until forced to by OP or other people). I on the other hand think there’s a difference between the 2 stories. What are your thoughts?

There’s enough difference that they could be two different stories, or the same story re-submitted after a few hours/a day. One has more detail whilst the other has the traditional sacking of the coworker. Same OP or not, not bothered. These submissions will fade into the ether pretty quickly.
Maybe one of them was generated through the AI discussed here?
